I'm a global executive creative director by day (Jellyfish) and founder of Good Girls Eat Dinner by night. I spent the first 20+ years of my career in London but relocated to LA in 2023. Over the course of my career I’ve created and led work at various agencies, from independents to global networks, including HHCL, Quiet Storm (writing & directing ads), FCB (European CD), Saatchi & Saatchi (Regional CD, EMEA), WCRS (CD), Tribal DDB (CD), Publicis (CD), WT (Global CD), Media.Monks (Global ECD). I also direct commercials and short films.I've won a plethora of high awards and joined or chaired juries for most award festivals, including the One Show and Cannes. I’ve been listed as one of Creative Equals & Campaign's 30 Future Female Leaders, 40 over Forty, Pitch magazine's 100 Superwomen, a Badass.Gal, Yahoo’s Top 100 execs, The Dots 100 Trailblazers, and a finalist in Campaign & the IPA’s Women of Tomorrow Awards. I'm regularly invited to speak on podcasts and at events, both inside and outside of the industry, including the Women of the World festival (WOW) at the South Bank.I have expertise across all media, from TV to social, to events and have created work for everything from sausages to cars (not in the same ad, that would be weird). I've launched fresh new brands and driven reappraisal of household names. I've led and won numerous pitches - big and small. On the periphery of work I've created and co-curated two large exhibitions: 'There's a Good Immigrant' and 'There's a Good Girl'. Both showcased and celebrated diverse creative talent. The exhibitions received tremendous press attention, including a double page spread in The Independent and interviews on BBC Radio. Exhibitors included Alison Jackson, Sara Pope, Pam Glew & Hattie Stewart. As a spin-off from the exhibition I founded 'Good Girls Eat Dinner' in 2015 with one simple mission: to provide more visible female role models across the creative industries and beyond. At each non-profit event I invite four inspirational speakers to share their stories and advice between the courses of a meal. Previous speakers include Cathy Newman (Ch4 News), Amanda Foster (Hollywood stuntwoman) and Alison Jackson (artist). It's incredibly popular and I like to think it's the most interesting dinner party you’ll ever go to! I've recently launched a takeaway version, AKA Good Girls Eat Dinner the podcast!
