• Professional experience in corporate finance and financial modeling, including debt raising, restructuring, and valuation, with relevant experience across various sectors, including Consumer & Industrial and Financial Services, in mid-sized companies and Big 4 firms (EY, KPMG).• Expertise in pricing and risk assessment of new businesses and investments, including financial modeling and valuation of target companies, industry analysis, and market research.• Experience in Cross-Border Tax Planning and tax modeling focused on company restructuring in the context of M&A, analysis of international treaties, as well as conducting tax due diligence and tax calculations.• Experience in the operation of Investment Funds, including processes of opening, closure, fundraising, and cash flow management, as well as structuring cash flows of funds and improving financial models for assessing new investments.• Process management and PDCA applied to the analysis and resolution of managerial problems, relevant knowledge in data analysis, and experience with PDCA cycles and management by objectives, focusing on process restructuring and calculating success indicators.• Risk assessment of investments in audiovisual projects, through the development of evaluation models considering critical variables such as project risk, environment, technical, artistic, and financial risks, based on extensive academic research and consultation with industry experts.• Coordination and training of teams, including gathering information, reviewing analyses and documents produced by interns and junior staff, and conducting operational meetings with clients and internal teams.
