Tim Wallace is currently a Strategic Advisor to technology companies. Tim served as the CEO of iPipeline from 2008 to 2018 and stepped down as CEO upon selling the company to Ropers Technology for $1.625 billion. iPipeline provides the leading suite of sales distribution software to the insurance and financial markets delivered as Software as a Service. Tim served as the Interim President and COO of MEDecision Inc in 2008 when MEDecision announced it was being purchased by HCSC for $121 million. Tim was previously the CEO of FullTilt Solutions Inc., the leading provider of enterprise software for product information management.. Under Mr. Wallace's guidance, FullTilt attracted $22 million in venture capital; increased revenues annually, and earned a spot on the regional Deloitte & Touche "Technology Fast 50" list for four consecutive years. In addition, both Forrester and Gartner Research recognize FullTilt as the leading enterprise product information management software in the market place. FullTilt was acquired by QAD in April of 2008. Prior to FullTiltMr. Wallace served as CEO of systems integrator XeroxConnect, and as the President and CEO for XLConnect Solutions, Inc. Mr. Wallace and other members of the management team took the company public in October of 1996. Xerox acquired XLConnect in June of 1998 for approximately $420 million. Tim was formerly was a partner in The Waldec Group, a system integration company that was twice on the Inc. 500 list.Mr. Wallace has been a three-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and a finalist for the Enterprise Award for "CEO of the Year." Mr. Wallace was named Technology CEO of the year by Ernst and Young in 2011. He previously spent eleven years with Arthur Andersen & Company. Tim received a Master of Business Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
