Management of all marketing and communication for Telia’s business unit Global Business. My responsibilities included awareness campaigns, website, content marketing strategies and creative production as well as distribution, analytics and optimization. Member of the Global Business management team.

Responsible for Telia Digital Content Studio with its teams containing Content Managers, Web Designers, Production Managers, SEO Specialists and Editors, a total of 20 people. The department is responsible for all content (sales and brand) on Telia.se and in the CRM channels and to some extent also in the organic social channels; campaigns, offers, products, editorial content, film, etc. Part of the management team for the Online & e-Commerce department and work both strategically with development and operationally with planning and production of all types of content and digital activities.

In my role as Account Director for OTW I lead content and communication projects for a mix of plattforms and outputs such as magazines, TV, web TV, film, digital and social media. I manage approximately 10 clients in different industries and work actively with business development . Part of OTW:s management team.

Working with both current and brand new clients. Developing content strategies and initiate concepts and ideas for digital, film web TV and linear TV. Manage projects and occasionally also work as producer and executive producer.

Overall responsible for all project and production management in the company and its staff. Work included post production of feature films, advertising films, promos and reality tv as well as production of films for the end client segment.

Co-founder and partner of Creo Media Group, a communications and production agency in online video. 2009-2011 Head of Business Development and responsible for building and developing partner relationships as well as initiating communication and marketing activities. Developed and came up with new ideas for products and services and worked with long-term strategies. 2011-2014 Chief Operations Officer responsible for Creo Media Group's daily operations, i.e. the operational work for the web and TV production departments. Member of the management team.

I worked as a consultant for World Television, a production company with operations in five European countries, and managed and produced both large and small film projects.

On behalf of the Norwegian headquarter, I started Smartcom's Swedish operations. The company's mission is to produce online video content for companies and organizations that want to streamline their communication. I recruited and established an organization of three people and worked in sales and project management of film assignments and live broadcasts.

Together with a colleague responsible for MTV Nordic's full content department (Production, Digital Media, Talent & Music, On Air, Programming) and its team of about 50 people and budget of 100 million. Member of MTV Nordic's management team.

Responsible for all of MTV's local productions in the Nordic region and its department of 25 people. Also had overall responsibility for all editorial content on the web and mobile. Directly involved in the planning and launch of four new MTV channels in the Nordic countries in 2005. Project led MTV Nordic's productions at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2006 in Copenhagen, coverage fom festivals such as Roskilde in Denmark and Quarts in Norway, and responsible for the launch of web TV channels and four new local web and mobile sites in the Nordics.

Responsible for MTV Nordic's web and mobile site and MTV's interactive TV content. Project led the launch of the new Nordic website in 2004.

Editor of MTV Nordic's website, responsible for all content, text and video.

Worked as a coordinator between MTV's offices in London and offices in Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam and Stockholm, mainly between the branches' various marketing and communication departments. Work included the launch of MTV in Spain, Holland, France and Nordics. Also part of the huge PR machine that worked with the MTV Europe Music Awards in Stockholm 2000.
