I have learned that success revolves around a strong educational leader who turns ideas into actions, actions that directly impact learning. Leadership requires setting the pace, yet providing an environment where support and learning, both students, teachers, and administrators, are conducive to maximizing potential.I perceive myself as a…a “doer” committed to making things happen in order to bring about quality…demanding, but fair and sensitive to the needs of others…a success-but one whose success has been directly related to attracting and motivating a highly competent staff.I want to share my expertise as a Superintendent, principal, and teacher with others. I want to help others experience growth in the 21st century educational environment successfully and timely. Using technology as a tool to meet the daily demands as an educational leader is one venue.
