Since founding SPS in April 2005, we have continued to expand our services to include all aspects of asphalt/concrete maintenance & construction. SPS literally started with a pickup, a shovel, and 1 employee, and now employs 60-70 people and counting with 13 highly-specialized crews. Sales have increased over 10,000% in 12 years. In 2009, I decided to venture into another business segment which had always intrigued me...Waller Properties, LLC was born. Utilizing a variety of buying, holding, & selling techniques for residential/commercial investment properties, I currently hold 35 residential units and 10 vacant lots.In August 2014, I had an opportunity to buy a premier corner combo retail business. Immediately following the purchase, I designed and completed an extensive renovation to the building while rebranding the businesses and rapidly expanding our product lines. Angler’s Bait & Tackle is a premier outdoor sporting goods & fishing store with over 5,000 unique products and the largest live bait selection in KS. Brewski Barn & Wine Cellar is a unique, upscale wine and spirits store. In December of 2015, my wife and I decided that it was time to have our own destination getaway, so we ventured into the land business and bought a 154 acre ranch near Leon, KS. We continue to add acreage and assets to our land investment portfolio each year.

My first investment property was an 8-unit apartment complex that I purchased in El Dorado in 2009. Since then, I have continued to buy and sell real estate in El Dorado and surrounding communities. Currently I am holding 35 properties along with 10 vacant lots with great future development potential. I’m currently conducting market studies to determine what type of property that I will develop and build on these sites. I re-branded the businesses as we completed the transformation. With over 60% more selection, hard-to-find products, great prices, and a completely unique customer experience, we have created 2 destination retail stores.
