My first investment property was an 8-unit apartment complex that I purchased in El Dorado in 2009. Since then, I have continued to buy and sell real estate in El Dorado and surrounding communities. Currently I am holding 35 properties along with 10 vacant lots with great future development potential. I’m currently conducting market studies to determine what type of property that I will develop and build on these sites. In December of 2015, my wife and I decided that it was time to have our own destination getaway. We ventured into the land business and bought a 154 acre ranch near Leon, KS. 16 acres are used for personal recreation and customer appreciation events. It includes a cabin, rock quarry lake, and many other great amenities. The remainder of the property is utilized for cattle ranching.
