As part of an expansion and recruitment scheme, the group hired Bradley as a Logistics (Import/Export/Supply Chain) Account Executive and more recently has been promoted to oversee group sales. His expertise span all modes of Logistics and Supply Chain Management which were honed over the first five years of Bradley employment with Alliance through putting him on our graduate scheme. This involved Bradley working on operations for the majority of his first four years at Alliance providing him with a base knowledge of how the business operates and a fantastic "first-hand insight"​ into the intricacies of how a successful 3rd party (and indeed 4th party) logistics provider operates. His dexterity not only spans the Logistics fields but also displays competence in Information and Communications Technology, the backbone of which being the experience he gained whilst working within HSBC Private Bank during his early career. He is also tasked with the development of the supply chains and processes that exist within the Alliance Group of Companies, our clientèle and the technological development therein. An example of this has been Bradley’s implementation of our flag ship on-line tracking service, ASL-Trak which has been a group-wide success. It is Group policy to recruit proactive staff who have a background in freight forwarding, liner shipping, trading and manufacturing, chartered accountancy and banking.
