CurrentPeer-leader of the Analytics Alignment for Lending & Analytics within Talent Acquisition (TA) at the world's largest credit union, Navy Federal, which includes:• Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and hunting qualified individual-contributors and people-leaders for positions ranging from: Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Financial Risk Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, IT Analysts, Data Governance Analysts, and Data Engineers. Have also recruited for Cloud Developers, Digital Content and UX professionals, Identity Access Management (IAM), and many more.• Proficient with Oracle HCM/ATS and Oracle Peoplesoft.• Build competitive teams, filling business-critical headcount needs in a timely and prompt manner.• Work closely and cross-functionally with boundary partners, HRBPs, Hiring Managers, senior leadership to ensure staffing needs are being met on time. Provide frequent updates to stay in alignment with the organization and/or business unit talent goals.• Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses with data, including group-equity analyses.• Consult on position management changes/analyses.• Draft, negotiate, and close offers extended to candidates.• Administer candidate talent assessments.
