CurrentOversee all campaign activity across the core outbound digital marketing channels, including email, in-app & app push notifications.Managing the marketing channels to deliver value to our Clubs, Partners and Broadcasters, while also promoting Premier League campaigns and messaging, including the use of takeover and leaderboard slots on the PL website and app.Project and creative lead of @OfficialFPL chatbot service on Messenger, integrating the platform into our core outbound fan engagement offering for the 2023/24 season.Day-to-day responsibility for the workload and development of Pulselive consultants fulfilling the roles of Digital Marketing Executives and Graphic Designer.Support the Gaming Manager and Head of Content in the digital delivery of the Premier League's official esports competition, ePremier League (ePL).Provide strategic guidance to the Content Manager (Video) on the video output across the Premier League’s owned and operated digital platforms, while also overseeing the usage and tracking of our digital allocation of current-season match footage.Ensure all ‘static’ content on the PL website and mobile app is kept up-to-date and relevant, including managing the upload process of player and manager profile images, management of the History and Records sections.Manage the process of creating all digital assets for every item of kit produced by Clubs for each season, ensuring accuracy and efficiency is delivered by the Graphic Designer.Responsible for FPL asset management, including player prices and positions, on-pitch graphics and promotional campaigns.
