Manage the EDGE Scholars program at CCSU and maintain collaborative environment with the Travelers, as well as other partners in this unique program. Work with scholars individually and collectively to maximize learning and ensure transfer of knowledge and experience from school to work and back. Enhance learning as it occurs in natural classroom setting by observing and listening, as I learn those barriers and supports to learning. Then, design and deliver targeted interventions, and/or work with on-campus resources.

I designed, developed, and teach several graduate courses in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at Manhattan College's School of Professional and Graduate Studies. Courses I designed includes The Balanced Scorecard, and Shaping the Learning Organization. I have also instructed a course titled, Organizational Planning, Administration, and Governance. I look forward to teaching Leadership Communication and Coaching Essentials in the future, as time permits.

Completed doctoral program in Adult Learning and Organizational Leadership. Concentration in organizational learning and learning organizations in business settings.Dissertation was a multiple case study of US amusement parks investigating the organizational learning that takes place from near misses, incidents, accidents, and fatalities.

Attended conferences, provided experiential exercise to the first conference of b-school deans. They performed similarly to undergraduates!

Premier regional amusement trade association!

Collaborated and worked on issues facing the industry, particularly those of small- and mid-sized family owned facilities. Served on committees such as Human Resources, Operations, and Publications. Received best Convention Workshop Award.

Discussed strategy with leaders and owners of amusement and theme parks. IAAPA is the world's largest amusement industry trade association.

Director of Operations responsibilities include oversight for day-to-day operations, planning, organizing, and managing selection, hiring, training and development of seasonal and year-round team members. Executive development, safety and risk management.
