I created my own independent Letting Agency within Portsmouth, This was a fantastic experience and i created the company on a very small budget by designing all the stationary myself, as well as the design and maintenance of the website to keep all starting costs to a minimum, I very quickly grew a database of clients from scratch by canvasing, internet, family and friends and any other medium i could find as well as managing my own properties, the business grew very quickly over a short period of time and i delivered outstanding customer care & industry best service levels the secret to the growth was customer retention and repeat business with a number of reccomendations, I sold the company in January 2009 to persue my IBM career.

Joined the company as a Valuation Manager and progressed to branch manager running a Lettings, Sales & Mortgage Team, responsable for daily targets, ensuring monthly targets were hit as well as growth on a month to month basis to expand the office.
