Most of my practice is working with small business owners, real estate agents/brokers, artists, solo practitioners, and entrepreneurs addressing all aspects of their financial needs. I specialize in Comprehensive Financial Strategies for the LGBTQ community and am the founder of the “Life Planning for the Alternative Family” Seminars. I use a “Team Approach” to financial planning bringing in professional expertise in areas such as Taxation, Insurance, Wills & Trusts, Real Estate, etc. all of whom are well versed in the specific needs of the LGBTQ community.I have three daughters. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching college sporting events, and working out. I'm an active member of the community and am an advocate for the LGBTQ community in Orlando and Miami, where I've been a member of the Miami Dade Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce since 1998, and have moderated monthly Lunch & Learn Central in downtown Miami. I've been fortunate to be able to speak in front of the local commissioners and politicians in Miami to gain support of the equal rights ordinance. I sat on the speaker’s bureau for SAVE Dade, which is the leading LGBTQ advocacy organization in Miami-Dade County, I served two terms on the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Miami. Also sat on the board of directors for the MBA (Metropolitan Business Association) central Florida’s leading LGBT chamber of commerce and past chair of the SAC committee (School Advisory Council) at Glenridge Middle School in Orlando and Coral Way K-8 Center Miami, Florida.
