I serve as the Regional Director for KT Development, leading the program development of branded extended stay hotels across the Metro Phoenix area. In this role, I oversee every phase, from site selection to opening, working closely with the KT team to ensure the success of each project.Since 2022, I have also served as an asset management consultant with BPM Real Estate, where I oversee the operations of a prominent Portland-area hotel portfolio, including Hotel Vance (part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio) and the Ritz Carlton Portland. My role with BPM involved pre-opening efforts for the Ritz Carlton Portland in 2023, collaborating with the owner's representative and subcontractors to bring the project to life.Additionally, I work with Drever Partners, supporting their initiative to transform distressed hotels into workforce housing across the U.S. through asset management, project management, and acquisitions.Recent project-based engagements include:-Developing an Excel model for Extended Stay America to assess the impact of new franchises on company-owned hotels.-Evaluating a mixed-use hospitality/residential development in Winter Park/Fraser, CO.-Assessing market viability for a boutique hotel in a proposed surf park development in Mesa, AZ.-Financially underwriting the redevelopment of a hotel in Downtown Wichita, KS.

My role at Pro Hospitality Group, along with my previous experience in Colliers International's national hotel practice, sharpened my expertise in various real estate transactions. During my time with PHG, I played a key role in the successful transaction of an upper-midscale property in the Tucson Airport market.At Colliers, I made an immediate impact by securing a crucial listing in a Colorado ski market within my first 30 days, attracting over 100 expressions of interest and leading to successful LOI negotiations with a hotel-to-residential investor. Within my first year, I secured significant listings in Taos, NM, and Metro Phoenix, and played a key role in the successful disposition of an upper-midscale asset in southern Colorado.

I managed key responsibilities such as site selection, securing entitlements and approvals, overseeing design and financial underwriting, and leading debt and equity raises. Additionally, I was involved in vetting management teams, reviewing contractor bids, and making key decisions on FFE & OSE and interior design. Although the project was paused due to market conditions, my proactive approach ensured its strategic management throughout.

During my tenure at Radisson Hotel Group, I focused on hotel franchise and management business development, which was pivotal in deepening my understanding of the industry's complexities and aiding in the revitalization of a reemerging brand. I led the brand's expansion into competitive markets through innovative marketing strategies, including events and targeted newsletters, significantly enhancing property visibility and performance.I successfully increased the Southwest region's room count by 30% and also secured the 3,000-room Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Collectively, the properties I signed achieved an average Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) 25% above the brand standard, showcasing my ability to drive profitability and business growth even in competitive environments.

At HVS, I became known for accurately appraising challenging assets, completing reports on over 250 hospitality properties across the US, worth more than $3 billion.
