Our company is based in Australia. We're dealing with financial services specifically superannuation. My job is to call all the leads given to me, and set an appointment for our superannuation specialist. As easy as it sounds, there are many struggles though. I handled 500-700 leads a day, I have a lot of not interested leads, hung up, and different kinds of objections. I know that's part of the job, and to be honest I easily cope with it since prior to that I had almost 4 years of customer service and sales experience.
