As one of the early employees at ServiceNow, I had the incredible privilege of witnessing its exponential growth, ballooning from 200 employees to an astounding 20,000. Along this journey, I've been fortunate to encounter numerous opportunities for personal and professional development, allowing me to excel in leadership roles and unleash my creativity.At present, I hold a key position as the head of our Partner Design Studio, where our primary objective is to collaborate with our partners in co-creating innovative products. Our mission is to drive groundbreaking solutions that redefine the industry.In my previous roles, I've had the privilege of leading teams of solution consultants and spearheading various significant initiatives. These include establishing the ServiceNow Demo Center and early career programs, as well as laying the foundation for the Technical Publications team.Beyond the realm of business, my passion for storytelling has been dedicated to revealing profound insights and understanding human motivations. My work has spanned across books, magazines, websites, and organizations, covering a diverse array of topics, all tied together by the central theme of humanity in business.Outside of my professional endeavors, my life's journey has been shaped by my dedication to family, community, and a thirst for exploration.
