I’ve worked in the Process & Control Industry since 1999. Prior to my current role as a Marketing Director, I spent several years in the pressure engineering & design, global & world area marketing and Integrated marketing organizations at Emerson Process Management. I enjoy working with customers to understand how we can continue to better Emerson’s instrumentation solutions by meeting user’s current and future needs.Recent Projects include:•Directing the Vortex Flow Meter portfolio updates & annual strategic business planning•Responsible building the One Emerson website for all Pressure Content•Helped Upstream Oil & Gas customers more efficiently gather wellhead information and keep pace with drill schedules in order to increase production. •Assisted in the installation of WirelessHART for an Oil & Gas customer in Iraq. After installation in this challenging environment (sand, etc), the customer saved time and money by remotely gathering data from multiple wellheads, which was then used by operators in a control room to make better production decisions. I have an Electrical Engineering Degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.Personal interests include: Many outdoor activities including camping, hiking, climbing, coaching lacrosse, outdoor water sports and enjoying watching American football with my family.
