Monument Commercial Building Inspections was an organic outgrowth from HomePro Inspections. For over twenty years we had great success in serving an extensive list of high end residential clients. As you know most people who are buying million dollar plus homes are also active in buying, selling and leasing commercial properties.When our past residential customers were in need of commercial inspections, they would call me to ask "who should I call for my commercial inspections"..... well it was HomePro!We served hundreds of commercial building buyers and sellers as HomePro Inspections, but truthfully we were never able to fully develop the market... due to the name "HomePro"... it soulded like we only inspected homes!So, in 2017 we stood-up Monument Commercial Building Inspections as a full-service commercial building inspection company. And the results have been fantastic!The commercial business has really taken off and I am so grateful for the trust that has been placed in us to serve so many awesome commercial buyers, sellers and others in need of due diligence related to their commercial building holdings.

Great fun to work with two of the old "House Detective" crew, Tim Hockenberry and Rick Yerger. What made this show more fun, and much more work, than "House Detective" was we actually have to "Fix" what we "Find"! This is another great Horizion Products effort.
