The Knipp Name has been associated with construction for over 30 years. After Graduating from ASU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Wally was recruited to work for Knipp Brothers Industries. When Select Build purchased KBI, Wally moved quickly into upper management. Soon Select build was obtaining other trades such as Windows, HV/AC, plumbing and concrete adding to the already impressive nationwide company. Wally was quick in understanding the market and was asked to move into the role as President of the Trade council for Shea Homes (active adult) from 2005- 2008. During this time Best practices was implemented as well as a development of a work program.When the market turned in 2008 this gave Wally the opportunity to pursue his dream of obtaining his General Contractors license. In March of 2009 Wally earned his Class B Residential and his Class B Commercial license from the Registrar of Contractors. Not only has Wally had the pleasure of helping homeowners realized there dream of building a custom home, he has Intergrated with the Real Estate Professionals. Knipp Contracting is proud to be a Freddie Mac Vendor as well as a Lowe's General Contractor. Working with REO, 203(k) and preservation.Diligently maintain the 0% theft rate for the A/C cages, to date Knipp Contracting have installed over 400 cages with no loss. Wally has earned a reputation of Values and Ethics within the industry.
