I have built the product. to verify the product, I have spent every weekend since the beginning of March, 2015 with users to track issues, determine new feature requirements, and to verify that the product has a market of potential users. During this time, I have discussed the product with new potential customers to determine the features that they need to have added to meet their needs.

Inventoried the source code of their existing time tracking application. Using the inventory, I was able to resolve stability problems with the database server and the application.The application allows MBS to track the efficiency of employees and pay bonuses based on the efficiency of the employees.I was also charged with interviewing users and management of the application to understand features that work, features that need improvement, and how to improve the flow of their application so that it meets their business needs.

Worked for a startup to design, architect, and write a predefined solution. This web site was based on ASP.NET, Sql Server, and IIS.The most important function was to interview potential users, understand what they would want, document these needs, and to communicate this back to the rest of the management team for discussion.Unfortunately, this startup did not make it due to issues between founders.

Integrated a web based front-end using ASP.NET, a Windows Service written in C#. Integration and ASP development were built on SQL Server 2000, and their DB/2 system is running on an AS/400.

Created and led a 4-day training session to intergrate existing Oracle applications and the Microsoft .NET Framework. Also provided consulting services.

Designed and built the largest of the pay-per-click search engines. The site was also one of the top 5 internet search engines at the time. I was charged with maximizing the profit for a pay per click internet search engine. This included profiling user movement through the site, understanding traffic patterns, and understanding how to maximize profit for the business.The application was built on IIS, ASP, XML, XSLT, Sql Server, and .NET.Successfully created about $30 million in income by the end of of 2002.

The in-house team and I designed an ASP and SQL Server based system that handles registration, attendance management and billing for training received.The responsibilities included interviewing users, understand and documenting the business process, assigning work based on the problems the business was having, and educating other developers regarding how to solve the problems.

Designed and developed the web front-end of Lucent's manufacturing system - built with ASP, Visual Basic, MTS/COM+ and Oracle, and including middle-tier components based on COM+, design and development of the inventory management system for the plant and of a data warehouse / data mart for the system. The plant has 2 million square feet of space and billions of dollars of income.This required interfacing with users, working with management to understand business rules, walking the plant floors to understand how the application works in production, working with plant floor union workers to understand the problems that they have with the application, architecting the application, and assigning work on the application.

Designed and developed a system to manage registrations for an event. The application was originally designed by two other developers. The system was built with ASP, Visual Basic, and SQL Server. The Visual Basic application had a large number of bugs and needed consistent resolution of these issues.
