In 2018, we earned the 'Prospector's' award for finding and purchasing new properties. Most recently, our office won the 2019 Operations of the Year award.

After several years in management and sales, I started my own company, specializing in problem solving. Employing a consultative approach, with some Six Sigma ideology, our company helped business owners and managers create extra bottom line revenue. We examine all phases of a business and provide revenue generating options that may not have been recognized prior to our survey.

As an Account Executive offering business telecommunications and IT solutions. I worked primarily to gain new business through networking and cold calling. Additionally, I was charged with cultivating new business from the current client base, using a consultative selling approach.Key Accomplishments:Achieved quarterly sales goals on a consistent basis.Created and built a network of colleagues offering different products and services yet, specifically seeking business with the same type of prospects as myself. This led to warmer leads and less time qualifying potential clients.

Hired as a sales associate in the paint department. Quickly worked my way through every department, including operations management, which included such responsibilities as hiring, training, staffing, ordering, receiving, merchandising and more.
