Responsible for Documentation’s, Warehouse, Gates & Reefer.• Coordinate with shipping lines, railways and other stakeholders to address concerns and coordinate improvements.• Responsibility for goods inbound and outbound of the warehouse.• Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.• Support to Customs and port authorities.• Manage delivery activities to minimise reefer port times, inefficiencies and equipment problems.• Control inventory levels and related issues to reduce costs and delays.• Setting goals & priorities in alignment with operations team (S&OP, Revenue, etc) and final costumer.• Utilize KPI’s to create, monitor e adjust terminal plan to ensure it is cohesive and productive.• Maintaining and developing relationships with current, new and potential service provider.• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, including collective agreements, in all matters including health, safety/ security, environmental and labour relations.

Responsible for the management, planning and execution of conteiner terminal operations during a shift to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the terminal, considering commercial, safety and operational factors whilst adhering to port policies and procedures.• Monitor and adjust labour order strategy to ensure they are adequate to support terminal plans• Ensure the correct use of equipments and collaborate with the maintenance team • Best Pratices for high productivity and safety• Team management, people development, feedback and presentation of targets and results

Ensure safe docking and undocking of ships in accordance with established procedures.Provide that all pre-operational procedure to run properly.Provide all technical and support infrastructure to the optimization of the activities and the reduction of operating costsConstantly monitor the operations of container ships, provide technical assistance to the crews assigned to ships, report any unusual situation the manager on duty and resolve any situation of cessation of operations.Supervise the performance of staff on the ship.Constant contact with dispatchers / planners and shift managers.Ensure a safe environment for the entire operation in the dock and board.Identifying and implementing improvements during operation.Supervising of time management and results of operations
