• Take the project management role in a Mobile Solution Project from a world-top machinery manufacturer • Responsible for entire software project lifecycle, like requirement definition, function/detail/prototype design, development/ validation tasks assignment and management, release and deployment, product support and update, also include scope management, schedule management, scrum process etc. Create, trace and maintain the project plan, control the milestone and the deliverable for each phases. • Project management include requirement analysis and definition, MRD/PRD creation and maintenance, UI/UX/prototype design, feature specification, backlog/sprint management, use cases creation and maintenance, product support method and workflow, release and deploy to many kinds of app market etc. Take the scrum master role in team to execute the scrum process, hold scrum meetings, manage backlog and check acceptance.• Drive, satisfy and cooperate with various departments like Market, Legal, Brand, Security Audition and Support etc. To ensure no block or issues, make the project success.• Lead the multinational team with onsite validation engineers and off-shore development engineers.
