Leveraging exceptional relationships with internal and external customers to deliver outstanding performance and create opportunities for competitive advantage across the Supply Chain using domestic company operated facilities and international sourcing.

This role was responsible for driving through the Australian business the Kellogg Integrated Business Planning Model (S&OP) and associated demand forecasting initiatives, ensuring alignment to the budget and latest forecast across functional boundaries and levels within the organisation. The role had erxtensive interaction with the Australian Executive team and functional leaderships groups. Additional responsibility includes project management for the implementation of a SAP CRM system and enhancement of functionality to SAP APO Demand Planning.

This role was responsible for building partnerships with key Logistics providers (Linfox, Toll, Chep, DHL etc). Key accountabilities included: ensuring contract compliance, logistics budgeting, tracking of order picking, customer on time delivery performance and ensuring accurate materials inventory control. Annual Logistics budget of responsibility of approx. A$30m and finished goods inventory of A$24m.

In this role I was responsible for the leadership and management of the customer service group. The role had regular interaction with customers across supply chain and procurement functions in the Grocery, ‘Out of Home’ and Export channels. The position required extensive operational interaction with 3PL’s and represented the company on key Industry group committees to influence current and future industry trends e.g. Australia Food & Grocery Council and ECR Australasia.

I this role I was responsible for demand forecasting for the 'ready to eat cereal' portfolio across ANZ, working with key stakeholders to develop short-term forecasts, long range sales projections and market growth assumptions. I played an active role in the various phases of the S&OP process, producing reports to facilitate S&OP meetings which detailed assumptions, risks, opportunities and forecast projections.
