Many years ago I met a couple of men named Bill and Rich Cooper. They hired me, took me under their wing and helped me learn the additional tools I needed to be successful in the electrical industry. They mentored me, instilled the confidence needed to be successful and sent me off to do just that. Because of their confidence in me they gave me unlimited access to the knowledge of their firm and the ability to "write my own ticket". Because of them I was able to do many things for my family; many vacations, colleges of choice for my kids with advanced degrees, the kind of weddings they wanted and now a comfortable retirement. I often hoped my kids would all meet men like them but they only come around a few times in a lifetime. One in million as the saying goes. Thanks Bill and Rich.
