Coach 4 Character was founded by Walt Tomme as the result of ten years of experience serving as the Leadership Coach for two Northern Virginia football programs. Those programs are Oakton High School Football and Centreville High School Football. Both programs have achieved State Championships. The Mission of Coach 4 Character is preparing young athletes for life. The opportunity to instill in young athletes the necessary foundation of personal character that will prepare them for life and for the opportunity to achievement.
