Set up and maintain complex multi-controller equipment & production processes. Troubleshoot & implement corrective action to bring equipment operation & processes within control parameters. Document all work preformed, parts used & equipment modifications. Communicate effectively with co-workers across all shifts in 7/24 environment. Perform all work in a safe fashion & implement equipment modifications to ensure safe equipment operation. Develop & Deliver Laser Safety training to entire production community (managers, engineers,technicians & operators). Provide training on Primary Equipment set to production and maintenance co-workers. Extensive experience & training in electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, multi-axis controllers, robotics, laser systems, vision systems, thermal systems, test & measurement equipment, chemical & industrial safety. Obtain & maintain all required safety & training certifications. Trained in & familiar with Clean Room procedures & protocols. Perform work with hazardous chemicals in compliance with all safety requirements using appropriate PPE & MSDS. Experienced & knowledgeable of 150mm & 200mm Wafer Fabrication processes including, Wet Clean & Wet Etch, Barrier & Photo tools & processes.

Provide service & repair coffee & espresso machines, grinders, & brewers, as well as other restaurant equipment. Carry out assignments through multitasking in a rapidly shifting priority environment. Use troubleshooting skills & test equipment. Keep accurate records of service preformed & parts used. Communicate effectively with the public & co-workers.
