I am charged with ownership over the quality and integrity of production data. As the principal Business Intelligence developer, I consolidated desperate data sources, from a diverse set of data sources and platforms, and migrated them into our Data Storage Services SQL environment. My role encompassed: Data Analysis, which I transformed data into meaningful business-context examinations, interpretations, and comparatives. SAP, PBI, & Ad-hoc Reporting, which enabled the business-lines to monitor, remediate real-time data exceptions, and improve business process-flows. Additionally, I acquired overall SQL database and server administration, including production data convergence, and Azure data management.

Data Analytics and Reporting for various banking business lines: Home Servicing, Home Lending, Credit Card, and Auto Loans. Promoted to Data Principle within a group of 80 analysts. In addition to new project initiatives, I was assigned to audit other SQL scripts for accuracy and metric performances. Additionally, I was assigned a two-month deadline to rewrite SQL scripts from EDS. I rewrote 60 plus SQL scripts for the Teradata environment in two weeks.

• New mortgage IT startup working in conjunction with Beal Bank IT services. Worked closely with the CIO in designing and implementing SQL data marts and data storage for reporting and analytics. Results: Consolidated all desperate data sources into one data mart. As a result, SQL reporting and SSAS data analysis were centralized, streamlined, and secured.• Elected ownership of abandoned Hyperion BRIO reporting services. Results: FISERV servicing system successfully utilized Hyperion Brio reporting solutions.• Elected ownership of abandoned Oracle 10g FISERV data warehouse. Results: FISERV’s COBOL daily ETL updates pushed to Oracle warehouse; thus, BRIO reporting services was enabled to report against centralized production data warehouse. Additionally, linked MS SQL environment to Oracle. This facilitated contingency planning and future data warehouse projects.• Introduced Crystal 2008. Results: Business community given a cost-effective superior reporting and dashboard tool. Retired Brio and retain Crystal 2008 as enterprise reporting solution.• Acquired FISERV ‘MortgageServ’ Certification. Results: Received formal training on all aspects of mortgage servicing operations via FISERV’s mortgage servicing solutions. As a result, became a key data subject matter expert working with FISERV and the business community on all data related projects.

Acquired ownership of Crystal XI reporting solutions for a national client-based Computerized Maintenance System (CMS) software vendor.• Implemented new ERM models for Oracle 10g and SQL databases. Results: Improved report and application development efforts, models aided client training, resolved data-integrity issues, and provided a centralized ‘living’ ERM document.• Began training on SQL Server certification tract in order to expand relational reporting services for FM1i series software. Results: Installed, configured SQL Server server and associated SSRS services and began Crystal XI report conversions.• Employed reporting controls that enhanced and centralized client report development. Results: Client-based reporting is unique to many systems infrastructure(s) and processes; thus, the improved controls accelerated layout and logic designs.• Implemented web-based Report Library collaboration tools for clients and project managers. Results: Great success in consolidating and organizing: reporting developments, data analytics and ERM/Process flow documents. Further centralizing client communiqués.• Improved Crystal XI reporting designs and processes. Results: Implemented SQL stored procedures, SQL metric resolves. Which improved data run-time results on large data collations. • Self trained on Jasper web-based reporting and J2SE. Redrafted Crystal XI reports into Jasper iReport and Enterprise Studio.
