Promote a collaborative and innovative environment for the formulation and coordination of the research agenda and initiatives undertaken by Diálogos, ensuring their focus and quality. Maintain communication with the donors and counterparts of the projects and / or cooperation agreements, attending and supervising the fulfillment of the commitments and agreements acquired by the institution.

Coordinate and supervise the financial, administrative and technical progress of activities, projects and programs within the Citizen Security Program. Attract, build and develop relationships with decision makers, civil society organizations, donors and other relevant actors at local, national and regional levels. Develop advocacy and political action strategies that facilitate the evidence generated by this Innovation Laboratory to government authorities, academia, media and citizenship for the strengthening of decision making and public work.

Provide technical assistance to design and implement a strategy to mobilize financial resources to ensure the sustainability in the medium term (5 years) of the organization. Coordinate the development of the proposals ensuring that they are aligned to the conditions of the calls. Advise in negotiations with donors on contracts, costs, governance, accountability and other donor conditions

Coordinate the development of technological tools and applications to prevent violence based on the principles of innovation, collaboration, scalability and replicability in the Northern Triangle of Central America (TNCA) together with the United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) and with the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).

Coordinate political advocacy and citizen participation strategies in favor of the prevention of youth violence and peaceful coexistence in co-responsibility with different State institutions in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras. Manage and develop projects related to citizen security and violence prevention issues in front of different donors at national and regional level.

Articulate with government institutions in favor of the strengthening of public policies, programs and plans related to prevention of violence, citizen security, youth and development. Support the design and implementation of communication and advocay strategies along with the academics, private sector, politicians and the media to strengthen democratic dialogue

Design a participatory regional strategy for the co-creation of a governance model, principales and action plan for strengthening of the Central America Youth Democratic Network. Advise to the civil society youth organizations that belong to the Central America Youth Democratic Network on how to establish internal and external process that allow them to promote democratic participation in Central America.
