My expertise lies in SharePoint architecture, solutions, and migrations. In this position, I am involved in various technical tasks aimed at improving the SharePoint farm across all aspects.Specifically, I provide support for the SharePoint farm infrastructure, application development, deployments, and related projects. I conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions to address performance issues within the SharePoint environment. Additionally, I am responsible for executing upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.I actively engage with customers in meetings to identify and confirm their future requirements, offering recommendations when necessary. Managing SharePoint security and addressing standards/compliance issues within the environment is also part of my role. I play a key role in developing and maintaining processes, procedures, and monitoring systems to ensure proactive responses to incidents and requests.Continuous monitoring of the SharePoint environment's performance allows me to take proactive measures to prevent any potential service disruptions. I collaborate closely with network, storage, server infrastructure, and other enterprise service support teams to deploy and optimize the SharePoint environment's operation.Furthermore, I assume various responsibilities typically handled by a SharePoint team lead, including training and teaching. While my current company does not have a SharePoint Team Lead position, I am open to such a role if it becomes available within my current or future organizations.

Web Application creation based on MS SQL 2008 Server / Migrate Access system to MS SQL Server Phase one of this project involved the migration of a complex MS Access db system used by the entire department to an MS SQL db system with multi-user browser based interface.

Adlon is a solid IT service provider in southern Germany. Adlon had several high level service contracts with major German industrial companies. I was assigned to the Headquarters of EADS. (This is the parent company for Airbus and Eurocopter among other companies.) I was responsible for special projects that were out of the scope of duties for the system administrators. I also worked on the high level administrative team that provided IT services to the CEO for EADS and its parent company, Daimler Chrysler.
