I am a long time northern Colorado resident with a wide variety of experience in the world of business, including owning a business, managing day to day operations of a small agricultural enterprise, fulfilling a liaison position with a local business to resolve customer complaints, and representing medium to large sized business for sales and service.A common thread for all these experiences has been being involved with creating policies and practices that have made interaction with a business a more pleasing experience for employees and/or customers. I have been able to help employees who are struggling with one or more aspects of their life become integrated into a business environment that encourages them to improve self esteem, enabling them to better address challenges that they have faced. It has also been rewarding to work with customers in a way that establishes or secures their trust in a business enough that they lose interest in doing business with competitors. The consistent outcome of my efforts has been an increase in employee retention by as much as 40% and decreases in client/customer attrition by as much as 35% in six months.High ethical standards, along with a commitment to be of service to all organizations in which I participate and to people from all walks of life, form the base from which I strengthen business relationships for all stakeholders.
