As the Amministratore Delegato (CEO), I not only managed the entity's exponential growth to over 80 employees but also orchestrated a remarkable 250%+ personnel expansion post-Series-B investment. My strategic oversight included crucial aspects like R&D Tax Credit management and administration, facilities management, and management of an Italian subsidiary of an American high-growth startup.Additionally, my leadership extended to founding and leading multidisciplinary teams, encompassing Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and Security. With a strong emphasis on Security, I directed initiatives spanning compliance, blue and red teaming, and integrating security measures into the entire development process, with particular attention to cloud security and innovation.Further underscoring my global leadership, I managed the engineering team at Beintoo, scaling both development and operations. In a joint venture with a Chinese partner, I successfully worked with a Chinese tech startup, maintaining and developing within the unique constraints of the Chinese tech landscape.
