Position Summary:Responsible for delivering the highest-quality ePro software and services with on-time delivery. Manage in-study activities: • Work with project teams to develop and deliver products and services that enable clinical research clients obtain high-quality data. • Deliver superior customer service by following best business practices and support use of PHT products for the duration of client clinical trials. • Manage lifecycle of issues from being reported by clients and end users to resolution by the support and development teams• Provide training and support to study sites, investigators, clinical monitors and sponsors in multiple clinical trials for successful electronic Patient Reported Outcome data capture. • Record and track key project monitoring and tracking metrics • Experienced on studies for various indications including Cardiovascular, Oncology, Narcolepsy, MS GI, and Diabetes

• Manage and organize workflow of projects and products life cycle in regulated field• Develop multiple design criteria guides, client specifications, and create office standards documents• Deliver study builds with zero known issues per specification document across clients• Create/Update/Execute and Validate test plan on applications and products• Conducted testing that included, product development, smoke, regression, and executing test cases • Assist sales team with client relations and sales presentations• Train both Internal and External employees on using all software products• Manage and execute technology transfer’s overseas
