In the late 1970,s as corporate relocation became a key business driver, The Hall Institute recognized the growing need among corporations for professional real estate consulting and services. In response, The Institute partnered with eight of the largest US-based Realtor organizations to form Relocation Resources International . RRI grew to become one of the largest relocation firms in the nation, handling the sale, purchase, mortgage financing and rental of homes of over 10,000 relocating employees each year throughout the country and around the world.The author of five books on real estate and business practices, he has been long recognized as one of the leading authorities on professional practices for marketing residential real estate.
