Total budget responsibilities of $70MM. •Led and sustained the “Zero Loss Culture” change of the site’s largest team to improving overall safety program engagement that has contributed to the site achieving a 1.72 TRIR.•Led Salinas’s leadership team in FSSC22000 surveillance audit (Food Safety Certification System) re-certification as interim plant director.•Achieved 1.6MM in savings in 2014 and an additional 1.4MM in 2013. First two years in position, exceeded budgetary expectations with YOY improvements in both labor costs t and improved raw and packaging MUV’s.
