PAA Education grew out of the desire to provide Australian schools with world-leading assessments so teachers had quality data to better meet the needs of their students. In addition, PAA wanted teachers to have access to world-leading interventions for those students struggling to learn. PAA Education provides tools for schools and teachers to support their efforts to maximise student growth and academic achievement.

Case work involving assessments for head injury in both Children and Adults as well as learning difficulties in children.

Initial manager for Australia and New Zealand after Psychcorp decided to sell directly into the Australian market and to stop using distributors.Highlights included the check norming of the WISC III, the first large scale standardisation of an individual cognitive test ever undertaken in Australia and the establishment of the Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals (CELF) as the premier developmental language assessment used by Speech Pathologists in Australia.

Involved in a range of management duties involving the provision of special education services in the then Metropolitan West region. Initial student placement, monitoring of placement, planning for new facilities and liaison with other agencies were all part of the job.
