At Pro Dig Groundworks I was working on residential housing developments. (Fleur Homes)· Site clearance, digging, pouring concrete, foundations, oversight construction, drainage, house utilities, finishing work, hard & soft landscaping.

Some of the projects I worked on included a Shell petrol station, multi-story car park, and vari-ous residential developments. Whilst working at RMP I was promoted from ganger to working foreman and became a member of the RMP health and safety committee. My responsibility was to manage the workforce, call off materials and site plant when necessary. Most importantly ensure the safe welfare of my workforce.· Infrastructure, ducting systems, utilities roads & sewer, 278 works · Laying curbs, slabs, block paving· Constructing brick manholes & BT inspection chambers· Compacting materials in layers (ride and roller)· All aspects of drainage & concrete · Reading & scaling drawings· Giving talk-box talks site inductions completing method statements & risk assessments

· Anglian Water contractor upgrading sewer pipe lines · Installing working In trench support systems boxes, drag boxes & sheet pile

Working on high-rise concrete structures, infrastructure & UK power networks substation up-grades.· Fully trained in operating construction machinery and tools (CPCS) banking plant· Breaking down concrete pile caps, steel fabrication, shutter form work, pouring & finish-ing concrete foundations, ground beams, cover slabs, retaining walls, lift shafts, podium slabs & substation structures · Using laser levels, working off a datum point, using a pipe laser when pipe laying· Constructing Inspection chambers (Manhole) benching finishing · Working with and around towers cranes· Waste management· Excavations, exposing digging around live Utility services (hand digging).
