Main Responsibilities Includes but not be limited to :* Coordinate all the logistics activities for Blocks18/31 personnel Rotators based todifferent locations;* Assist the Onshore Support Coordinator in keeping/maintain the weekly traveldatabase and update spreadsheet;* Make sure that all personnel arriving from different locations (in the world) aredispatched to offshore and vise-versa;* Receiving of all material arriving under hand-carry from UK and make sure it istransferred to Sonils Base or offshore accordingly;* Liaise with the Housing/accommodation, Aviation support, Marine Logistics, Transportand Visa team within the ABU.* Communication with the FPSO Team in relation to crew changes and Material arrivingfrom overseas under handy-carry.* Ensure that correct revision of paperwork is in order for daily tasks* Organize Meet and Greet at Luanda International airport and BP Terminal for projectpersonnel* Takes ownership of the transport of personnel to/from required locations duringcrewchanges.* Complete a comprehensive handover at shift change to ensure continuity of operations.* Becomes the single point of contact for project traveler issues within Angola.* Assist in Portuguese translation where required* Keep Emergency Response/Duty pack up to date.* Support the manager in day-to-day activities;2
