Collaborate on a near daily basis with other Epic applications on build, maintenance and testing of current and future system build.Support Health-pay 24 point of collection system, Artiva dialer, and provide coverage when other team members are out of the office or not available. Created and maintained, training environments, tip sheets, e-Learning modules, and competency exams for Hospital Billing and claims. Completed end user training for Hospital Billing Revenue cycle, as well as clinical areas that required direct access to Hospital Billing system, for May 2011 system go live and continuing training for upgrades and new hires.Epic system build and testing for Hospital Billing and Claims and worked as a Customer Applications Analysts prior to the position being formally created.Create and maintain department and system workflows.
