I define myself as an apprentice of life who is ready to explore new territories, embracing "adventure" as a key value for his life. My background and work experience reflect that statement. In general terms I went from engineering and business administration to psychology and experiential education; from the security of numbers and rationale, to the uncertainty of emotions and the mystery of spirituality.As founder and member of the board of directors for Elmotec SA, GM Corp.’s Partner in Argentina, I used to manage a profitable business in the railroad industry for many years. This experience gave me a valuable exposure to the corporate world, its dynamics and particular culture and needs. I was on the track of a promising business career in that field until 2001, when a big shift took place in my life. At that time BIG questions raised in my mind; questions which led me into a profound self-reviewing process whereby I could gain more clarity about what my true north was. As a result of this crossroad, I left everything behind in spite of the risks in stake with an ambitious plan on hands and committed to move forward to a whole new and meaningful life. I left the railroad business, the big city of Buenos Aires, to start up a new project in a small mountain village in Patagonia with my family.Once in site the plan became into action very quickly and I established SYNAPSIS, a company driven by a simple but powerful purpose: “to change people’s lives through high impact experiences in contact with nature”. Since then I've been assisting individuals, universities, nonprofit orgs., pubic institutions and corporations to reach their higher potential through innovative learning strategies.
