I run as a lead builder in doing special and normal trusses for mostly homes and commercial buildings. When given the plans for such jobs I would build, cut if necessary towards making the trusses while my assistant helps me with plating and stacking so that they are ready to be to ship to their destination. When not building I also do other tasks, like doing deliveries and build on location whatever is needed and fix any discrepancies that may occur. I travel around the Los Angeles area and also help out with the sawyers in stacking or learning to run machinery to cut at the moment while I am on standby.

Doing construction work in building trusses in roofing and flooring but mostly roofing, for the moment I am helping the lead builder in making the outline of the truss then building them one by one for what is requested for each home, while at the same time measure, cut, adjusted to the specification of the truss. Then along with help would stack the trusses, and then band them together for they can be ready to ship out.

Was doing construction work in building trusses for roofing and/ or flooring in commercial and residential homes while working in Hinkley, CA. For two years I gained experience in blueprint reading, measurement, and wood cutting in adjusting and making the trusses, also became lead builder while working there until I was transferred to Perris CA where I learned machine operated truss building.

I work in a clothing store Mostly in the mens department helping and/or assisting customers in anything they need. I was also a stock associate in which I come in early in the morning in taking care of shipment that comes in to the store and help process them in order to be placed on the floor or stocked in the back. During operation hours I would replenish anything that’s needed out on the floor or do stock checks for other associate when needed, while at the same time giving customer service. I have also been a cashier and greeter as well.

Was part of the shipping and receiving department driving forklift with a pull pack in loading and unloading freight in sending it in or out of the warehouse, while using a scanner and a computer screen within the forklift which was connected to a network in keeping track of what’s being kept or sent out.

Worked with a private contractor in helping install and build cabinets for clients, as an apprentice I did carpentry work taking measurements, reading blueprints and installation of cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms and hallways
