Mr. Prendergast is fully responsible for all investment management decisions for the PRENCAP Small Cap Growth product which he has managed over the preceding 9 years. Mr. Prendergast is responsible for all aspects of research, selection and due diligence, portfolio structure and management of a three person team.

Mr. Prendergast was President and CIO of Paradigm Capital Management Growth Advisors (PCM/GA), a SEC Registered RIA. PCM/GA was established in January 2007 in conjunction with Paradigm Capital Management in New York. Mr. Prendergast is fully responsible for all investment management decisions for the PCM/GA Small Cap Growth product which he has managed over the preceding 9 years. Mr. Prendergast was responsible for all aspects of research, selection and due diligence, portfolio structure and management of a three person team.

Prior to founding PCM/GA, Mr. Prendergast was Managing Director and CIO for Small Cap Growth Investments at William D. Witter, Inc. (WDW). Mr. Prendergast and his team were lifted out of Weiss, Peck and Greer to assist in the re-direction of the firm after the death of William (Bill) D. Witter in May of 2003.

Joined as a Vice President in 1996 and progressed to Managing Director/Partner and CIO of the Small Cap Growth Group. During his tenure at WPG, he was an Analyst (Technology, Energy, Media and Healthcare) and Senior Portfolio Manager and a member of the Product Review, Capital Investment (IT) and Investment Policy Committees. Mr. Prendergast was a member of the Investment Management Division as a participant in multiple products: Large Cap, Mid Cap Growth with ultimate responsibility over the Small Cap Growth area.
