I manage technicians and services for municipal clients at Suzor IT to include public safety complexes, town halls, and annex buildings. We support the IT infrastructure in multiple locations across Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut with a focus on user experience and functionality.

I am the direct support technician to multiple municipalities and public safety complexes across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. My primary responsibility is to empower municipal employees to serve their communities through supporting their technology needs. I accomplish this mission by coordinating with decision makers to plan and implement projects relating to work station functionality and security. I collaborate with different teams within our company to procure new devices and initiate network upgrades. I build relationships with vendors and assist directors in managing devices and making decisions. I cross train into other disciplines assisting our network team with running cables and monitoring infrastructure to provide the best possible experience to my clients.

In this role I supported multiple different municipalities and public safety complexes across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut with both in person and remote support in a managed service environment. I coordinated with third party vendors to enable streamlined and efficient functionality of workstations and software applications to end users allowing stakeholders to use technology in ways that works best for them. My deep understanding of technical support coupled with my background in education and customer service provided me opportunities to train clients to solve low level issues on their own and encouraged them to reach out for support when they need it, instead of encouraging clients to be dependent on support.

In this role I coordinated between the front and back of house of the restaurant to enable a quality customer experience. I started as a dishwasher and quickly moved into a prep cooking role where I continued to mentor the other dishwashers, and leverage my skills to train new cooks on the prep standards and processes. After some time I had the opportunity to work as a server and be trained as a barista, allowing me to fill gaps and cover roles when needed. I was recruited to the catering team where I prepared food and coordinated the logistics to transport multi-course meals for up to 200 guests for weddings and other special events around Western Montana, eventually being promoted to lead my own team.

I taught two sections of "Introduction to Creative Writing" as a single semester elective. My students and I worked together to sharpen their skills in poetry and prose writing through daily and weekly assignments oriented around students interests and lived experiences. During this time I assisted managing Hellgate High School's creative writing publication "The Troubadour" where I worked with the school librarian to lead students to print over 500 copies after several years on inactivity due to the pandemic. I also managed the Hellgate High School Kayaking club where I supervised 10-15 students once a week to discuss and learn about white water river kayaking.

I worked to connect students to holistic resources in close collaboration with the school counselors, administrators, and other support staff within the building.

Extra responsibilities included managing the living quarters for the enlisted personnel in my company, where I was responsible for maintaining order, cleanliness, and discipline outside of regular business hours for the building and up to 200 enlisted personnel.
