Senior Corporate Counsel
Current• Regularly draft, review and negotiate technology license/subscription agreements/SaaS agreements, partner and platform agreements, security and privacy requirements, and data processing agreements for Intapp’s US and international customers for both cloud-based and on-premises software implementations.• Lead negotiations on a variety of procurement agreements for technology and non-technology goods/services, including master services agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements and other purchase agreements.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, improve and implement processes, workflows and policies for vendor agreements.• Advise Sales, Contract Operations and other stakeholders to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.• Draft and update internal license and services agreement templates and other internal resources and processes.
