Mr. Reed’s career has centered in projects, research, marketing, and product development, having approximately 25 years of experience in executive, senior and middle management within both small and Fortune 500 companies. Accomplishments include having directed both product and marketing of new product technologies and introductions, through to targeted world market dominate positions five times over, within the OEM, thin-film productions, thick-film, computer peripherals, audio, photovoltaic, aerospace and scientific industries. Additionally, Mr. Reed achieved a team-turnaround of a nine-year loss operation, to profitability, through to a successful IPO, and increased direct sales revenues by a minimum of eight times, in four different companies. He was able to turn around a four year failing corporation, to a new mission, new investment, and ongoing operations. ‘Three times directed and team developed, full product lines, pricing, packaging and distribution. As a Program Director and Project Manager, his team accomplished, from concept through to completion, early pioneering photovoltaic projects with budgets ranging to $60MM, resulting with the largest producing 14,000 Megawatt hours of electricity sold per year, from only sunlight. Mr. Reed participated in the development of the ASP all Kevlar composite supersonic stealth Jet Aircraft. ‘Designed, co-built and operated a chemical mineral recovery pilot plant through to successful demonstrations, then securing a new investment group. ‘Also designed, constructed, launched, and/or provided the content of several corporate web-sites, is trade-published several times over, and has invented/authored several corporate assigned U.S. Patents.
