Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation that directs USEUCOM Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) Programs with Slovakia. Represents Commander, USEUCOM; the US Ambassador and all US agencies in matters of Security Cooperation and assistance to the government of Slovakia. Plans, directs, and oversees the Foreign Military Financing (FMF) program, International Military Education and Training Program, State Partnership Program, Coalition Solidarity Funding, Counter-Terrorism Fellowship Program and USEUCOM Humanitarian Assistance in support of USEUCOM Theater Strategy of Active Security, the US Embassy's Mission Resource Requests and Integrated Country Strategy. Advises Ambassador as member of Embassy Country Team.

Plans and implements the USSOCOM Global Event Program within the International SOF Coordination Center. Develops, implements and assesses a multi-year Global Event Plan in support of the USSOCOM Commander’s vision for a Global SOF Network. Coordinates and leads academic, interagency, and international events in conjunction with Washington Think Tanks, Academics Institutions, Interagency Leaders, and the Special Operations Commands from more than 90 countries, working to coordinate Command messages, themes within that program to domestic and international audiences. Works with civic leaders, law enforcement officials, and other supporting agencies in order to ensure safe, professional conduct of events that enhance USSOCOM’s reputation both domestically and internationally in order to build a Global Special Operations Force Network.

Plans and implements the HQDA Foreign Military Attaché Program, which support the Washington, DC Corps of Military Attaches, consisting of approximately 192 officers from 113 countries accredited to the US Army as military attachés; Develops, implements, and oversees policies and procedures to manage and assist the foreign military attachés in their interactions with HQDA; plans, coordinates, and executes the HQDA Attaché Orientation Program, including quarterly orientation trips, battlefield staff rides and information briefings; Overseas foreign military attaché accreditation and extension of diplomatic privileges with the US Department of State; Coordinates for attaché military medical support; Responds to informal requests for information and assistance; Farewells and authors US award recommendations for departing attachés.

Developed Campaign Plan for III Corps with associated metrics to assist Commander in determining efficiency and effectiveness of Command initiatives.
