Founding member of Verizon's Experience Design Organization. Worked closely with the Chief Customer Officer to develop the vision and finance the build of Verizon's Design team. Directed operations for 250+ person Customer Experience organization with a focus on Agile process, org structure, hiring, onboarding, culture, budgeting, Design Team PMO & portfolio management with teams across NYC, NJ, Little Rock and India. Directed the acquisition and integration of Moment Design (independent firm) into Verizon operations to improve speed to market with CX development and bringing new capabilities forward. Led team of Operations Specialists and Project Managers who managed a $100M+ budget and hundreds of projects spanning app/web and new product development.

Directed Segment Strategy and Operations for all Wireless and Fios telecom business units to drive market share growth of target segments. Focus on communications, product and channel strategy. Responsibilities include identifying and removing barriers to drive long-term value for Verizon from customers, markets, and relationships. Additionally charged with analyzing market strategies, product and pricing requirements, opportunity forecasting, and financials to resolve internal priorities to remove customer barriers to acquisition.Performed Chief of Staff function for Global Marketing in support of the Chief Marketing Officer. Worked closely with cross functional teams and C-level executives to achieve CMO imperatives.

Drive performance of Strategic Solutions and Services for Global Enterprise and Government customers through strategy development, sales campaigns, promotion & planning and executions to deliver on the KPIs. Directed the development of Growth Campaigns in support of Verizon Enterprise Solutions (VES) Strategic Portfolio. Developed and executed the VES Quarterly Marketing Plan and Key Initiatives and acted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product, Field and cross functional teams. Guided development of content to stimulate sales, revenues and growth of the supported product categories. Directed GTM for SMB, Enterprise and Government focused products and led strategy development and execution of Customer Advisory Boards to drive Product development and Industry Strategy.
