•Mapped and redesigned workflows for pharmacy-related business processes in the transition from legacy EHR to Epic across the 5 hospitals and 50 ambulatory facilities in Piedmont Healthcare.•Liaised with multi-disciplinary clinical group as Epic Subject Matter Expert to develop standard medication information system. •Designed and built content for patient monitoring, operation reports, formulary and medication dispensing. Generated framework for big data management in translation of functionalities from legacy system to Epic.•Lead multiphase implementation of Epic Willow Rx(Inpatient Pharmacy Application), coordinating validation, build, testing (end-to-end) and go-live and integration across electronic health record applications.
