As the service manager for Sentry my main duties include coordinating and maintaining a daily service schedule. Distributing assignments to service techs according to their strengths and weaknesses to provide a better experience for our customers. I provide ongoing training in the field and help to all our technicians so they may further improve their skills in the field. This helps to create customer satisfaction and confidence in our service technicians. I have been in the field for 15+ years and have a wealth of knowledge to share and spend most of the time in the field myself.

My duties include overseeing day to day operations of installation crews as well as making sure materials are ordered for each job. Also it is my job to bring each project to an end with technically sound knowledge of all systems we install. These systems include access control, burglar alarm, cctv and a strong knowledge of fire alarm . I have 14 yrs. experience and can personally install from the ground up.

As a service professional I implement my technical knowledge when servicing our clients on a daily basis. Provide excellent customer service and in a timely manner. Support my fellow staff members to further ensure we are the best at what we do .
