Supervise 30 – 45 In-Home Service Technicians providing repair and service for home appliances. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Coaching and work force development for residential HVAC and refrigeration technicians.• Inventory management and process improvement.• Performance evaluation and corrective action.• Resolving customer service issues.• Single point of contact for multiple retail stores and local contract sales, ensuring retail needs are met.• Strategic direction through annual spend analysis and review, as well as retail project management.• Educating the technical workforce about business changes.• Conducting on-site inspections for customer service and quality repairs.• Maintain CFC log and license (1&2), forklift license.

Directly supervised 10 field engineers in the process of installing and repairing commercial HVAC units. Responsible for the implementation of new policies and procedures, the evaluation, training and corrective action of employees, as well as tracking attendance and paid time off. Responsible for accurate inventory management for technicians and parts warehousing locations. Traveled throughout country to manage inventory for all field engineers using lean inventory management techniques.
