Coordination of all of Policy Studies Inc's (PSI) real estate activities nationwide. I manage all of PSI’s office space searches, the site selection process, lease negotiation, the design process, and all tenant improvement / remodel of the new space. PROJECTS: Preliminary planning, site selection and lease negotiation for a 42,000 SF facility in Cherry Hill, NJ. Project management of a 100 person expansion to a call-center in Ft. Pierce, FL. Build-out of a 23 person, 5,045 SF new office in Atlanta, GA. Site selection, design, and build-out of a 18,500 SF new office in Glendale, CA. Management of all phases of development for a 125-person Florida Healthy Kids call center start-up in Port St. Lucie, FL. Project management of a 100-person Child Support Enforcement Center start-up in Chicago, IL. Management of a 7,836 SF tenant improvement project in Omaha, NE, working directly with the general contractor through a design / build arrangement. Management of the space search, lease negotiation, acquisition process, and the design and build-out of over 160,000 SF of new corporate office space in Denver, CO involving several independent transactions in 4 separate downtown buildings, including a $3.9 million, 74k SF project at 1515 Wynkoop St., a LEED Gold certified building.
